Shipping Costs & Delivery Time

Free shipping on orders over €70

Shipping costs for orders under €70: a standard rate of €4.95 within the Netherlands and €7.95 for Belgium and Germany¹

Delivery time within the Netherlands: 1–3 business days after payment

Delivery time to Belgium/Germany: usually 2–4 business days, depending on location and customs procedures

Shipping & Tracking

Your order is processed as soon as payment is received.

You will receive a tracking code via email once the package has been collected by PostNL (or another selected carrier).

Packages are delivered Monday through Saturday (delivery on Wednesdays may vary by region).

International Delivery

We deliver throughout Europe.

Please contact us regarding shipments to countries outside the EU. Note that import duties or additional VAT may apply to deliveries outside the Netherlands.

Shipping Multiple Items

Orders containing products with different delivery times are often shipped only when all items are available, unless stated otherwise. We strive to communicate expectations clearly.

First, check your tracking status.
