Returns
Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

We will refund the full order amount, including shipping costs, within 14 days of you notifying us of the return, provided the product is received back in good condition.

Please note: the costs for returning your order are at your own expense.

Return conditions

The product is unused and in its original condition.

All labels and packaging are intact.

The return is made within the statutory 14-day period.

In the event of damage or use beyond what is necessary to assess the product, a charge for depreciation may be applied.

Return process

Register your return
Send an email to klantenservice@lederhosenland.nl with your order number and the reason for the return.

Pack the product securely
Preferably use the original packaging. Always include a note with your order details.

Keep the proof of shipment
This is your proof that the package is on its way.

Exchanges

Would you prefer a different size or product? Please place a new order via our webshop. This ensures the desired item is reserved immediately. The return process for the original order follows the steps described above.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made or specially ordered items.

Products that are no longer saleable due to use or damage.

Refund

Within 14 days of notifying us of your return.

We will refund you using the same payment method used for the original order. Any shipping costs for the initial delivery will only be refunded if you return the entire order.
