Many products are directly available. Please allow for a delivery time of 4–5 business days.

Delivery time 4–5 business days
Items not immediately in stock are first ordered from our supplier. This usually takes 2–3 days, after this we immediately forward the order. So, calculate approximately 5 business days, excluding public holidays.

Temporarily unavailable
If a product turns out to be unavailable, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 days.

Please note: Are you ordering multiple products with different delivery times? We will only ship once the order is complete.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service directly for this.
